The tour begins at the ticketing lounge of Inside Burj Al Arab (at Jumeirah Beach Hotel). Hop on to a buggy that sets you off to the hotel via the bridge road that connects the main road to the private island (where the hotel is majestically placed). There will be quick stops along the way which allows you to return with some amazing photos against this marvelous structure.

Upon your arrival at the hotel, you will be greeted in a traditional way by your Emirati host with rose water and hand towels. Step back in time as you enter the Experience Suite. With the cool digital interactives and the real architectural sketches, it gives you a glance into how the brilliant architect (Tom Wright) and the creative designer (Khuan Chew) breathe life into this marvelous structure. Sunset Guided Tour: Daily: 3:30pm, 4pm, 4:30pm, and 5pm

• Children aged 0 – 3 years can go for free and will receive a complimentary ticket from Jumeirah Beach Hotel Ticketing Lounge, Proof of age may be required.
• Group size is limited to a maximum of 12 guests.
• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
• Late arrivals will be moved to another tour, subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.

By Metro:

• The closest metro station is Mall of the Emirates. A short taxi ride to Jumeirah Beach Hotel will take you to the Inside Burj Al Arab ticket lounge. Board MRed line to get here.

By Bus:

• The closest bus stop is Wild Wadi 1. It is a quick 2-minute walk to the meeting point.
• Board buses 8, 81, or X28 to get here.

Know Before You Go

• Dress Code: Burj Al Arab is the original home of luxury, so dress to impress! Smart/casual attire is permitted. Knee length shorts are allowed for Males and Females.
• No Beachwear.
• Guests are requested to report at the Jumeirah beach hotel where the team will assist them for the guided tour followed by meals or beverages as chosen.
• Flash photography, professional cameras and photography are not allowed inside the main lobby of Burj Al Arab.
• Guests aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or above.
• A Kids Club facility is available for children from the age of 2, with professional carers and childcare facilities.
