What to Expect

Feel the anticipation and excitement as you approach the magnificence of The Dubai Balloon. Attend a quick but thorough safety briefing with your pilot before boarding the flight.

Experience the rush and adrenaline as the balloon slowly ascends higher, with every second offering even better views than the previous. Feel free to move around the gondola and take pictures from every angle, as the view is breathtakingly beautiful and unique. 

After the flight, browse around the lovely retail store where you can find high-quality merchandise like shirts and caps, as well as cups, towels, bags and more.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• The closest monorail station is Palm Atlantis Monorail Station. It’s a quick 1-minute walk to the attraction.

Know Before You Go

• Proof of age is required for children and infants during ticket redemption.
• To redeem your ticket, visit the ticketing office at the Avenues at Atlantis to receive your wristband which you can use to enter the attraction.
• For each adult holding a valid ticket, one infant (under the age of three years) gets a free ticket.
• Each flight lasts approximately 10 minutes. Total experience duration may vary due to loading, offloading, and queue management. Please allow for potential extended time during peak periods.
• Pregnant ladies over 3 months, any person who has Heart problem / serious knee & back pain, has undergone major surgery during the last 6 months, and suffering from height phobia is not recommended for this activity.
• Anyone under the influence of Alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.
• The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
• Please note that all balloon flights are weather dependent, and they can only fly in certain wind conditions. It might look sunny, but the winds could be strong at higher altitudes.
