• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.
• Guests need to compulsorily carry a Hard copy of Passport for Helicopter ride. No soft copies are accepted. If they don’t follow the same, it will be considered a NO Show!
• Children below 2 years are not allowed on the flight.
• Children aged between 2 and 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
• The weight limit is 110kgs per passenger, passengers who weigh more than this or close to this may have to wait for a flight that can safely accommodate their weight. We cannot offer a tour if a seat belt extender is required.
• Please ensure that you arrive at least 45 minutes before the start time of your experience to avoid any delays.

By Metro:

• The closest metro station is Al Khail Metro Station. It’s a 15-minute taxi ride to the attraction. Board line MRed to get here.

By Bus:

• The closest bus stop is Royal Mirage Hotel 1-2 bus stop. It’s a 16-minute taxi ride to the attraction.
• Board buses 8, or N55 to get here.

By Tram:

• The closest tram stop is Palm Atlantis Monorail Station. It is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute taxi ride to the attraction.

Know Before You Go

• Original Passport (hardcopy) is mandatory for check-in, as is a disclaimer that has to be signed by the passenger.
• All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
• Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.
• The timings are subject to change. Please check the calendar to see the timings on your intended day of visit.
• Only cameras, cell phones and sunglasses may be taken on the helicopter. All bags, hats and scarves may be left in a locker available to you at no charge.
• This experience is restricted for those with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
• Passengers are recommended to dress in comfortable and light sportswear. Large pieces of jewels are not allowed onboard the aircraft.
• Insurance: Every passenger is insured in accordance with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations.
